Lisa Antrobus talks to Naomi Meyer about this year's Schreiner Festival in Cradock.
Lisa, for any latecomers – please give our readers one reason why they should grab their toothbrushes and visit the Schreiner Festival this weekend?
It is small and intimate and a fabulous way to meet and mingle with famous writers from all over the world! We have guest speakers from Scotland, England and Australia this year.
What are the costs to attend the festival, and is there still any space in any guesthouse ...? Please let us know some practicalities?
Our aim is to be really affordable. To attend all the activities, talks, walks, tours and plays (about 20 in total) will cost less than R700 per person! Die Tuishuise and Victoria Manor have a festival accommodation special for R400 pp sharing BB.
Anything else to do in Cradock besides the festival?
