The Afrikaans poet Charl-Pierre Naudé will be in coversation with his visiting Dutch counterpart Nachoem Wijnberg on Monday, 11 January at UNISA’s Muckeneuk Campus. The event will take place from 11 am to 1 pm will be hosted on the 10th floor of the Theo van Wijk Building, office number 150 (TvW 10-150). It will be a moderated discussion - in English to accommodate a multilingual audience - on latest work between the two poets, facilitated by UNISA academic Alwyn Roux. They will also read poems – in Dutch, Afrikaans and English - from their latest work.

Hierdie was goed, veral die uitdaging aan digters om oor politieke en sosiale probleme te dig, en sodoende begrip van probleme sowel as oplossings oop te skryf!
