Press release: The Baxter’s production of Nadia Davids’ latest play, Hold still, postponed to early 2022

  • 0

The Baxter management regrets to advise that due to an illness (not COVID-19- related) with one of the cast members of its production of Nadia Davids’ latest play Hold still, it has been decided to postpone the season to early 2022. The Baxter apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to sharing this exciting world premiere with audiences next year. The production was scheduled to run from 13 to October 2021.

Patrons can "park" their tickets for the return season and will have preferential booking. This means that no action is required on the part of the patron. The tickets will be "parked" and will be automatically moved. They will be notified the moment the new dates have been confirmed. Those who have already booked for the production and who wish for a refund can do so by logging in to their Webtickets account. Once logged in, they should click on MY TICKETS then CHOOSE ACTION and then REFUND TICKETS next to the transaction. If payment was made via Pick n Pay or EFT, please follow the prompted message which will require banking details and a confirmation email will be sent. If the booking was paid for via card, click on REFUND TO CARD and refunds will be processed and paid within 3 to 10 working days.

The Baxter would like to thank patrons and the public for their cooperation and understanding.

For further information in this regard, please contact Leon van Zyl on leon.vanzyl@uct.ac.za.
