In this era of large language models I have a suggestion, and that is that the books of authors who have refrained from using machine intelligence to help them with plotting and storyline, tightening of text, streamlining text, generating characters or spaces or storyline or images, etc, etc, be stamped with a special seal: Artisanal. In Afrikaans it could be Artisanaal or, better, Ambagtelik. Allowed under this seal will be an ordinary internet search for facts, and, if need be, a spell checker. The rest needs to be made by a human, biologically made, so to speak. So, I will be proud to publish under such a seal, just as farmers are who produce meat under the formal Karoo Lamb seal.
