The Zbigniew Herbert International Literary Award ceremony will be held on May 25th 2017 at 22:00 (South African time).
The Zbigniew Herbert International Literary Award is given each year to a writer in recognition of outstanding artistic and intellectual achievements, inspired by the values and ideals exemplified in Zbigniew Herbert's work.
At the ceremony, Breyten Breytenbach will give a speech and read his poetry. The Grammy award-winning Polish jazz artist Wlodek Pawlik will also perform.

Verskoon dat ek jou met so 'n draai probeer opspoor. Indien jy dit afkeur reageer dan asb nie. Ek is nie 'n stalker nie (ver te oud...) maar sou graag verder wil borduur oor poëtiese én moontlik ander sake.
