We in B/West are experiencing a problem with the services of the municipality when it comes to buying electricity. The municipality alone has the rights to sell electricity. The municipality is open 08:00am - 15:30pm, then re-open at 16:30pm - 20:00pm at a power-point.
Our main problem is that there aren't any other points to buy electricity when the municipal points are closed, which then leaves people to wait for the next day to buy electricity but then would still have to wait in long exhausting queues & when its closing time, whether you were helped or have been in a queue for hours you would have to buy on another day. Which is not fair.
The Solution.
That the municipality also offers rights to other shops in town to sell electricity, we also are willing to sell electricity as we are open 24/7. We are in the main road where everyone from all areas can have easy access to. Why is it that other town surrounding B/West can have other points but not B/West? & in these surrounding towns pay twice less than us for electricity.
Please look at the costs & unity as compared to surrounding areas, double!
We would also like to alleviate the stress of the people & offer a 24/7 electricity point.
