Life's way

Wake up, start your day with a routine cliché
Nothing ever changes, all these familiar faces and places
Everything bores you and you think to yourself
It’s all just a waste of time …

It’s out there, but not freely available
You have to search for it, so what are you waiting for?

Get up, get out into the world
and embrace the things that you have
Ignore the let-downs and do it for yourself
The rest will fall into place

Where is home? Is it where you grew up?
Or where you live now? Does anyone even care?
Home is where you feel like yourself
So, you don’t know how to be yourself?

Laughing, crying, anger, pointless emotions
Yet strangely, there’s still no reason not to …

Get up, get out into the world
and embrace the things that you have
Ignore the let-downs and do it for yourself
The rest will fall into place

Life’s not a cliché, it’s the way you live
It’s the you-way, the highway of life’s way

Get up, get out into the world
and embrace the things that you have
Ignore the let-downs and do it for yourself
The rest will fall into place
