The nationwide Exclusive Books Summer Sale begins with the Fanatics Preview on Monday 21 January and the Sale on Tuesday 22 January. More than 180 000 books worth over R10 million will be on sale, with titles available at an average cost of R60. It’s a sizzling sale to celebrate summer!

Balmy, beautiful summer days are indeed here. Even though the holidays have ended, the long summer weekends and evenings mean hours spent outdoors relaxing. Spending a day by the pool or a few hours lounging on a daybed on a lazy Sunday are definitely joys made better with a pile of sale books.

The huge range of titles available includes rare finds, non-fiction, beach reads, children’s titles and more. With over 180 000 books, it means the Exclusive Books Summer Sale offers an excellent variety, ensuring that there is something for everyone. And at up to 70% off the marked price, where else will you find this range at these prices?

To heat things up even more this Summer Sale, there are fantastic red trolley dash competitions taking place online at www.exclus1ves.co.za and on the Exclusive Books social media channels. 100 Red trolleys will be hidden across the website with each trolley counting as a ticket of entry. The first consumer to tweet the product with the trolley image on it using the Twitter Sticker, and the name of the store that they want to do the dash at wins the shopping spree at that store! There will be two
dashes.

The website/Twitter competition takes place on Wednesday 23 January and the Facebook/Blog Comment on 30 January. Enter just by leaving a Facebook/blog post with your store choice. Join in to stock your library for free! You can follow Exclusive Books on Twitter @Exclusivescoza and find us on Facebook.

Visit your local Exclusive Books to feel the heat and soak up the Summer Sale atmosphere. Sale ends Wednesday 6 February.

Kommentaar

  • The book that changed my life was "Demian" by Hermann Hesse. I was 19 years old when I first read it and things have never been quite the same since ... in a good way!

  • Ian McEwan se Atonement.

Briony is die eerste karakter wat ek uit 'n boek wou skeur, maar kon nie. Haar drie dimensionele karakter is te goed geskryf om te minag.

  • Lord of the Flies - made me really think about the loss of innocence for the first time.

1984 - one of the most powerful and most devastating things I've ever read.

  • "The Long Way Home" deur Dana Snyman het vir my as tiener geinspireer om uit te gaan en al die verskillende kulture in SA te gaan ontmoet. Ek kon so baie van sy verhouding met sy pa in my eie verhouding tot die ouer generasie sien. Die boek is so mooi en eerlik geskryf.
