Pacino's Passion
He was a shy young boy
living in the Bronx, but born in East Harlem
Grew up with poverty
in a loving home with mom, but no rose garden
With no interest in teachers or books
his surly attitude not a good tool
He was his own person
with charm and good looks who didn’t need school
As time passed on, he discovered the stage
when a Seagull set him free
He knew where to go, to leave behind the rage
and see what he could be
And on any given Sunday on the stage
amazing talent at such a young age
He knew his spirit and soul were reborn
moulding each part at his own pace
With passion and scorn working the boards
in the theatrical underground
And not being blinded to life every day
the scent of a woman was found
He then carved his life , shocking some on the way
he did it in his fashion
The guts and no fear of his acting career
today is called the Pacino Passion
