Mount Neverest

I’ve got a mountain to climb, but I am at the bottom of the lake.
I’m drowning, under these heavy waters.
These lives. These tears.
Where the ripple effect is, but shallow.
My voice, no rant, no pant. I’m just bubbling under.
I can’t breathe.
I’ve got a mountain to climb, but I’m at the bottom of the deepest well.
I am not at sea, but what I see is …
Calm chaos, degrading standards, loud hushes of ... struggle.
I’m in a shell resonating the echo of tears.
A drought flooding the gates of poverty.
The floods that thirst for … tears.
Can you hear the echo of tears? Hush …
Listen to your skin …
You can see my flaws, but can you see what roofs my mind?
There are no caps locks, but my mental block needs emphasis.
I’ve got a mountain to climb, but it starts at the bottom of the sea.
The tastes seem seasonal, but the water bears no life.
I keep burning this candle, but this is so wicked.
Sly after sly, the sky brings blues to the sons of loafers.
I’ve got a mountain to climb, but …
