Life is

And now all that I need
is all the support indeed
Every single fear
has resulted in a tear

I have made my peace
for my heart was missing a piece
The piece that I now have found
will no longer keep me bound

I will not back off
I will not even run
I will, however, have some fun
Even though it might be rough

I have put my faith in your hand
And hope that you know
I want my bare feet in the sand
But with you, not alone

Life is what it is
and what it is, is hard
At times it might be bliss
but it can truly leave you scarred

One thing I know now for sure
I have become much more mature
Life is full of lessons
which you learn through your confessions
