It was just another day in paradise

Then I woke up and realized that it wasn’t just a dream

Then I just took a walk down the streets
Trying to get her out of my mind

As I don’t want to think about her

Then as I walked past the café
I laid my eyes on her
And my heart skipped a beat!
By that moment I just knew that she was the one
She was the one for me
Then as I was about to make my move
There comes a man
And he just hugs and kisses her
Right in front of me
Then I knew that I would never get to tell her how I felt
Because my heart was broken to a million pieces
Then I just walked past her
Broken-hearted I was
Knowing that I will never be with her.
