Beautiful moon

Beautiful moon, who are you?
I lived to see another day
while your smile is slowly passing away
Is there a designer, there must be
Everything couldn't just explode out of the ordinary
Are You reflecting the past
or just giving us a second chance?
Beautiful moon, who are you?
Is it the eye of God, watching what we do after dark?
Fishing us out with His rod, keeping us safe from the devil’s bark
Dressed in white as snow, longing for what we don't know
Beautiful moon, who are you?
