It's difficult to choose one author as I read a lot, but Wilbur Smith definitely is a favourite! He takes one on a journey where you forget about life's problems as you immerse yourself in the story! My late dad introduced me to his books when I was a teenager!

Diana Gabaldon she just draws you into her stories, you forget the real life and everything around you.

  • Lucinda Riley - always some historical and geographical facts to expand my general knowledge; good writing style makes easy reading reading for easy reading and pure escapism

Kate Quinn. Die perfekte historiese fiksie. Feite en fiksie word ondervang en skep wonderlike spanning.

I read a book a day, so I have so many authors that I love, but will name a few. James Patterson, Lucinda Reilly, Andrew Gross, Jeffery Archer, Martina Cole, Lesley Pearce, Lee Child, Stephen leather, etc.

  • Mary Lynne Hoarau

Lawrence Durrell, his novels almost reached cult status in late 1960's and were passed from reader to reader.

  • Op hierdie stadium is dit onmoontlik om net een te kies; daar is so baie. Sal maar die laaste boek vat, wat ek nounet klaar gelees het, naamlik Kopskoot deur Rudie van Rensburg.
