I am passionate about making the world a better place through my contributions in the fields of business education, business and marketing strategy, customer-experience management, marketing research, analytics and performance measurement, and e-learning solutions.
My expertise was gained through academic qualifications in psychology and sociology, an MBA (cum laude) and a PhD focusing on strategic alliances, marketing and international relations.
I also source my inspiration from teachings in marketing and customer experience at various global business schools, (including a 25 year association with the University of Stellenbosch Business School); from Harvard Business Publishing: Corporate Learning as a referral partner; initial training in stage and theatre management; working as a cinematographer in the local television industry; working in senior marketing positions in the financial services industry; and consulting on strategy, marketing and e-learning to various prominent clients in diverse industries over many years.
