Emilie Badenhorst
Emilie is a conscious film writer, creator and director with an intuitive understanding of the subtlety and honesty required of performance and storytelling. The UCT Theatre and Performance graduate’s fashion film Bubblegum and her experimental short Unsex me, which she both wrote and directed, were featured in Nakid as well as Metal magazines. These projects brought her international attention and the opportunity to work with artists such as Romeo Elvis, Lolo Zouai, 6lack and Khalid. Her latest music video, Desert Rose, screened in both Times and Sable Squares in the US.
