Collins Akiy Wung

Collins Akiy Wung is a researcher, entrepreneur and community development advocate based in Cape Town. He has an academic background in economics, and his research focuses on migration, entrepreneurship, informal finance, community development, African immigrant entrepreneurs and the role of Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs) in business sustainability and growth. Drawing on both academic and entrepreneurial experience, he has engaged in small business and community-centred initiatives that promote economic resilience and support vulnerable populations.
