I studied marketing with the aim of working in the client services division of an ad agency but the universe had other ideas and I ended up starting my career life as the Website content manager and production assistant at the publishing company, The Portfolio Collection. A few years later I found myself working as the User Experience Advocate at an emarketing company for online gaming. It is here where I discovered and developed my passion for user experience analysis and consumer insight research. I love big brands and keep a keen eye on local brands especially when they are going through a rebranding exercise. I have recently discovered that I am quite a good little baker and have fallen in love with baking and decorating cupcakes. My next mission is to start my own blog.
