"Look the other way" by Dyron Daniels

All I ever do is look the other way
Who am I to talk when I’m guilty of the same things
I’m try’na figure out when we this will all finally be over
Someone’s always getting hurt in these games that we play
I can’t even say that I remember how we ended up in this mess
You bring up love and I stop paying attention
Honestly, I’ve already figured out I’m just stringing you along
I’m thinking of the time I’ll use this as a lesson for you
I can’t deal with all the calls especially when I’m busy
It doesn’t help that you hate being ignored
Me and my homies riding deep in a white Toyota
One day you’ll understand what friends like these are for
It takes two to tango
I can’t say a word without you flying off the handle
I never should’ve made that promise that I’d never leave you
Like you said, it’s the thrill of testing how far my patience can go
Feels like my tongue's tied up
Maybe in the morning when your tears dry up
The sun will shine down and we'll go our separate ways
And forget all the things we never should have said
