Jim Pascual Agustin
Jim Pascual Agustin writes and translates poetry in Filipino and English. Born in 1969, he grew up during Martial Law in the Philippines and moved to Cape Town, South Africa in October 1994. He has had four books of poetry published in his home country, two of them launched this year by the University of Santo Tomas Publishing House. The recent collections are Baha-bahagdang Karupukan (poetry in Filipino) and Alien to Any Skin (poetry in English).
