Bongo Flepu
Bongo Flepu is a 26 year old performing poet, father, writer and founder member of the Jembe Ridim Poetry group based in Kayamandi. His talents stretch as far as the fine arts, including drawing and painting, a talent he has fostered since a young age. This passion was started in Junior High through telling stories, sharing dreams and visions. For Bongo, it is more than just a talent, it is a calling, his occupation.
