Basil Sadler
Basil graduated with a degree in psychology and education. He was also recently awarded a master’s degree from the University of Roehampton, London.
Drawing from a diverse background in philosophy, education, arts and business, Basil enjoys the process of writing and creating just as much as the presentation of the final product. Apart from being involved in a number of academic writing projects, Basil is a travel writer and blogger. He has served as a full-time language, arts and drama teacher, and is currently serving as a high school principal at a Canadian international high school.
He is the founder of an annual short film festival focusing on the promotion of screenwriting and film production among high school students. The festival has been running for four years, producing more than 60 short film productions.
In the end, film, music and education are the great loves of his life; the greatest of the three is writing.
