Dave de Burgh was born on Paul Kruger Day (10 October) in Krugersdorp, which instilled in him the belief that he's meant for big (or at least interesting) things. He's a bookseller at Exclusive Books, writes in his spare time, has a wonderful girlfriend and three Pekingese 'kids, and his debut Epic Fantasy novel, BETRAYAL'S SHADOW, will be published by Fox and Raven Publishing in 2014.
