Hilde Roos
Hilde Roos is ’n navorser by die Africa Open Instituut vir Musiek, Navorsing en Innovasie by die Universiteit Stellenbosch. Sy werk oor opera in Suid-Afrika, insluitende die geskiedenis van die Eoan Groep wat tydens die apartheidsjare in Distrik Ses, Athlone en Kaapstad opera opgevoer het. In 2018 is haar monograaf oor die groep The La Traviata affair – Opera in the age of apartheid deur California University Press uitgegee. Sy is mede-redakteur van die boeke Eoan – our story wat in 2013 by Fourthwall Books verskyn het en African theatre – music theatre and opera wat in 2020 deur Boydell en Brewer uitgegee is.
