Frieda Groffy
Frieda Groffy is a Belgian poet with a deep love and commitment to South Africa. In 2007 she worked with fine art students from the Artist Proof Studio directed by Kim Berman in Johannesburg. During her stay in Cape Town in 2004 she gave a poetry reading at the Huis der Nederlanden. Frieda has published seven volumes of poetry so far - six in Dutch and one in English, The Universal Woman. She compiled a bilingual publication, Climbing the rainbow of our dreams / Klimmend op de regenboog van onze dromen, which was published at the end of 2007. For more info: www.friedagroffy.be
