Adam Haupt
Dr Adam Haupt is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Film & Media Studies, UCT. He has published on the topics of black South African youth culture, global capitalism, technology and intellectual property. Haupt has taught in the English Department at the University of the Western Cape as well as in the English and Drama departments at the University of Stellenbosch. Past life experiences: Cape Technikon; freelanced for the Mail & Guardian, SL and Y magazines; e-commerce ventures; dabbled in television & video production and experimented in music & spoken word / poetry performance.
