I tried to grab the artists’ attention by writing something from their perspective. The lyrics also have the potential to draw a wide audience, as it is part of everyday life.

What is the song about?

Inspiration.

Everyone has goals in life and the willingness to succeed, but many struggle to find that primary drive to get them to their destination. This song is about being inspired by something that helps you reach that destination. You might fail along the way, but there will always be something that will inspire you to try again.

Where and how did you write the song?

I started building the song around the words “shadows and silhouettes”. Those words were actually part of a different song at first, but I decided they would fit better in “Inspired By”.
